3x Cable Tray Installer
For a datacenter near Amsterdam, our client is providing construction management for an electrical engineering project with a duration of five weeks. The activities focus on the installation, assembly, and completion of cable support systems using Unistrut materials. Within this project, the cable tray installer is responsible for: Reading and interpreting technical drawings and accurately setting out cable routes. Installing Unistrut mounting systems, including profiles, brackets, and fastening materials. Mounting various types of cable trays (wire mesh trays, ladder trays, and solid-bottom trays) to walls, ceilings, and steel structures. Cutting, grinding, and adjusting Unistrut profiles and cable trays to fit project specifications. Pulling and connecting wiring for cooling installations through the cable tray routes. Installing conduit systems and pulling cables for temperature controllers. Preparing worksites by assembling scaffolding, installing temporary supports, and organizing necessary materials and tools. Measuring and marking out installation paths on-site. Identifying and solving any deviations or issues during the installation process. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the project. Working in accordance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards (such as VCA).

The cable tray installer is responsible for the installation, assembly, and finishing of cable support systems using Unistrut materials within industrial or utility projects. Main tasks include:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and layout plans to set out cable routes accurately.
Installing Unistrut mounting systems, including profiles, brackets, and fasteners.
Mounting different types of cable trays (wire mesh trays, ladder trays, solid-bottom trays) to walls, ceilings, or steel structures.
Cutting, grinding, and adjusting Unistrut profiles and cable trays to fit project specifications.
Pulling and connecting wiring for cooling installations through cable tray routes.
Installing conduit systems, including pulling cables for temperature controllers.
Preparing worksites by assembling scaffolding, providing temporary supports, and organizing materials and tools.
Measuring and marking out installation paths on-site.
Identifying and solving any issues or deviations during installation.
Maintaining order and safety at the workplace throughout the project.
Working according to safety, quality, and environmental standards (such as VCA).
